Join the Hon. William C. Conner Inn of Court for a discussion about the future of the Copyright Royalty Board following the Supreme Court’s recent decision in United States v. Arthrex. Professor Saurabh Vishnubhakat of Cardozo Law School will defend the provocative thesis that while the Arthrex decision resolved uncertainty about Administrative Patent Judge appointments in the USPTO Patent Trial and Appeal Board, the same decision may have thrust the status of Copyright Royalty Judges back into constitutional doubt.
