Event Summary:
The process of outside counsel pitching for business and in-house counsel choosing representation has come into heightened focus in recent years given the economy for legal services, particularly in the intellectual property area. Attracting clients has become an important part of every law firm attorney’s professional focus, and choosing the right outside counsel has been an important responsibility for in-house counsel. This program explores ethical and tactical issues in a game show format that has fictional outside counsel competing as contestants for the affection of in-house counsel.
